Site Civil Engineer – Ehtiopia (Overhead Transmission Line Projects - OHTL)

We are hiring a qualified Site Civil Engineer to support our Transmission Line and Substation projects across the Gulf region . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in quality management for 220 kV / 400 kV / 765 kV OHTL and Substation works , with strong expertise in implementing international QA/QC standards, leading audits, and ensuring full compliance with project specifications and client requirements. Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years

Joining: Within 30–60 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all stages of civil construction, including access roads, soil investigations, excavation, foundations, and tower footing protection.
• Independently manage excavation and foundation activities at site.
• Ensure all works comply with technical designs, material specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with the Construction Manager and other site engineers.
• Monitor and report daily site progress through Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
• Participate in Joint Measurement Committee (JMC) meetings and assist with billing/invoicing activities.
• Promote and maintain a safe, compliant, and healthy work environment.
