Talent Acquisition Specialist

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. 

Ideally, you'll have

• Proven end-to-end volume recruitment experience, with retail and consumer goods experience being highly desirable
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
• A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
• A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges

What you'll be doing

• Lead end-to-end volume recruitment for positions, such as vehicle drivers and parts interpreters, within retail and consumer goods operations
• Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure the delivery of strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
• Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
• Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimisation
• Work in a hybrid capacity, combining remote and home based work, with flexible arrangements

• Whilst this role is initially being offered as a 3 month contract, there is a strong possibility that this role will continue on a longer term basis.
