Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with local accounting and tax regulations.
• The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and Italian and have strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with Italian accounting standards and tax regulations
• Coordinate with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Support internal and external audits
• Monitor internal controls and improve financial processes
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of Italian accounting principles and tax laws
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Fluency in both Chinese and Italian is a Plus (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a multinational organization
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
