Chief of Staff

Join Amperity, a leading customer data platform, as the Chief of Staff. In this high-leverage position, you will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Co-CEO, driving the highest-priority initiatives to successful outcomes. You will be involved in critical conversations, execute the strategy, and amplify the Co-CEO's agenda. Your responsibilities will include architecting an AI-native operating model, executing special projects and strategy, bridging decisions and delivery, amplifying go-to-market leverage, and strategic communications. • Architecting an AI-Native Operating Model: Design and implement the AI-native workflows for the Co-CEO's office, leveraging agents and modern AI tooling to maximize operational throughput.
• Executing Special Projects & Strategy: Scope and drive the Co-CEO's highest-priority initiatives from a blank page to a concrete decision and final result, including building robust analyses and delivering market insights.
• Bridging Decisions and Delivery: Translate executive decisions into clear ownership structures, tracking timelines, and operational follow-through, ensuring priority initiatives are delivered seamlessly.
• High Trajectory & Strong Judgment: You possess exceptional intellectual curiosity and raw horsepower. We prioritize your upward trajectory and problem-solving capability over specific pedigrees or years in a seat
• AI-Fluent Operator: You utilize AI tools aggressively in your daily workflows, building automated processes and leveraging AI agents to scale your impact
• Highly Organized & Adaptable: You excel at managing dozens of complex threads simultaneously without dropping details, naturally bringing order and structure to ambiguous environments
• Analytical Rigor & Analytical Training: You bring foundational experience from environments such as strategy consulting, investment banking, high-velocity operating or GTM roles, or a founder's office, alongside a proven track record of owning final outcomes
• Financial Literacy: You are comfortable evaluating forecasts, analyzing financial models, reviewing board decks, and understanding cap table dynamics
• Must be comfortable traveling to Customer sites and to Seattle office (25%)
• Executive Presence & Credibility: You communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders—ranging from board members and Fortune 500 CMOs to bankers and engineers—earning trust as a reliable proxy for executive leadership
• Discretion & Focus on Outcomes: You demonstrate high discretion and excellent judgment while handling highly sensitive company matters, remaining entirely focused on achieving meaningful team and business results
