Recruiting Coordinator

Join our growing Talent team as a Recruiting Coordinator. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process. You will manage interview scheduling, candidate communication, and travel arrangements, while also supporting the hiring team and maintaining accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Additionally, you will assist in employer branding efforts and identify opportunities for operational excellence. • Manage scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and travel arrangements while ensuring a world-class candidate journey.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics, panel alignment, and feedback collection.
• Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitor pipelines, and prepare candidate status reports.

• 1+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support (tech or manufacturing environment preferred)
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• A team-first mindset, flexibility, and eagerness to contribute to a mission-driven organization
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate care
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Experience in fast-paced start-up environments
• Experience supporting university recruiting or internship programs
