Solution Engineer

Join as a Solution Engineer in the Security Platform Services (SPS) team. In this role, you will be the primary technical counterpart for internal security teams, delivering technical solutions and identifying opportunities to extend our platform. You will foster a community of platform users and contribute to the definition of SPS product solutions. Past experience writing and publishing technical documentation is desirable - 1 to 3 years experience with solution design. Experience within security or security companies is an advantage - (optional) Experience working in operational environments. I.e Security Operations - A self-starter with a proactive attitude, motivated by the end result. Driven by your own performance, yet actively able to contribute to a team - Experience in incident response (automation and orchestration experience is a plus) - 1 to 3 years scripting experience. Python knowledge is an advantage - Ability to solve complex problems, deal with constraints and can come up with creative solutions - BA/BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field experience required - Fluent in English both spoken and written, additional languages are a plus - Results driven – excels in getting things done - Ability to effectively network within a fast growing and changing organization
