Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A Marketplace)

Join our dynamic and fast-paced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team as a Senior Financial Analyst. In this role, you will provide strong financial and analytical support to your business unit or department's stakeholders, support planning and forecasting cycles, and perform ad-hoc analyses. You will be based in our Amsterdam office and report to a Senior Manager of the Marketplace Business Unit FP&A team.

• Provide strong financial and analytical support to business unit stakeholders, bridging data insights with decision-making.
• Support planning and forecasting cycles for financial and operational metrics, and contribute to robust reporting of key metrics.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, scenarios, and benchmarking as needed, continuously seeking ways to improve and optimize existing reporting.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or other related field (preferred)
• Ability to understand, work with and proactively advise business partners
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion
• Strong team-working skills with ability to work independently
• High attention to detail and ability to connect the dots and reconcile multiple data sources
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to different audiences
• Experience with SQL / Python / other data analytics and reporting tools
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and working in an unstructured environment
