As an Associate Development Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the in-house development engineering team, creating and reviewing designs, conducting site visits, and collaborating with various stakeholders.   • A Strong Foundation - You have 0–2+ years of experience designing solar systems or are a recent graduate with a solid foundation of career experience from a previous internship, part time, or full time role
  • You’re a Collaborator - You're excited to collaborate on all things related to engineering and design of our solar projects, whether that's managing the relationships and the work of our subcontractors and our EPC partners, or rolling up your sleeves and designing in AutoCAD yourself
  • You’re Technical - You have a strong technical background and the ability to communicate complex technical topics to a less technical audience. You have experience in AutoCAD or computer-based drafting or are eager to learn
  • This could be in Electrical Engineering, Solar Development, or anything that provided you with the tools and resources to be comfortable creating and reviewing design work and collaborating cross-functionally. EIT Certification or FE completion is a plus
  • You’re Detail Oriented - You know that the devil is in the details and you go the extra mile to ensure all your i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. You are able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while not letting any balls drop
