Resort Manager Deputy Portugal (M/W/X) - Permanent contract - Lisboa

Join Le Collectionist, a luxury holiday home rental company, as a Resort Manager Deputy in Lisbon. In this critical role, you will oversee operations, manage the villa portfolio, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will also contribute to strategy, manage the villa portfolio, prepare for the season, and oversee guest experience and in-season operations. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, strong customer service skills, and fluency in English.

• Contribuer à la stratégie en proposant des initiatives de développement et en identifiant les problèmes clés.
• Gérer le portefeuille de villas, y compris les mouvements de portefeuille, la gestion des comptes propriétaires et l'amélioration de la performance.
• Recruter, former et superviser les représentants locaux, et assurer la préparation et la gestion des opérations en saison.

• **Required skills & experience:**

• 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, operations management, or high-end concierge.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Hands-on leadership and excellent organisational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• **Fluency in English**; French and Portuguese are a plus.
• **Based in Lisboa**
