Chalet Host (M/W/X) - Temporary Contract - Lech

Join Bramble Ski, a luxury alpine holiday company, as a Chalet Host in Lech, Austria. In this hands-on role, you will deliver exceptional service to guests, maintain the chalet to the highest standards, and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will work closely with the chalet chef, manager, and driver to ensure a seamless guest experience. This is a temporary contract for 5 months, starting from November 27, 2026.

• Deliver warm, professional, and discreet service from guest arrival to departure, anticipating guest needs and exceeding expectations.
• Prepare and serve breakfast daily, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and manage breakfast timing in coordination with the guests and chef.
• Perform daily housekeeping to the highest standards, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas, and manage linen changes and turndown service.

• **🔍 Ideal Candidate:**
• **Required skills & experience:**

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the luxury hospitality sector (chalets, hotels, yachts, events, etc.)
• Strong housekeeping skills with a high attention to detail
• Some cooking experience is a plus (professional kitchen, cookery course, or group catering)
• Fluent in spoken English; French or German is a bonus
• Positive, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Reliable, discreet, and service-oriented
• Well-presented and comfortable in a guest-facing role
• Passionate about hospitality and mountain life
