About The Role

Join Oviva, a leading digital health company, as a Brand Designer. In this role, you will evolve and implement Oviva's visual identity across all brand touchpoints, ensuring clear, emotionally resonant, and accessible visual communications. You will take ownership of the visual identity, build and maintain design systems, and develop compelling storyboards and moodboards. You will also partner with cross-functional teams, deliver a variety of assets, and mentor external contributors. This position offers training and development opportunities, flexible and hybrid working, and a home working allowance.

  • Evolving and implementing Oviva’s visual identity across all brand touchpoints, ensuring clear, emotionally resonant, and accessible visual communications.
  • Building and maintaining flexible, scalable design systems that enhance efficiency and enable brand alignment across teams, while identifying areas of inconsistency and proactively implementing improvements.
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to craft emotionally resonant and performance-aligned creatives, and independently delivering a variety of assets across static, motion, performance creatives, and presentations.
  • Strong visual design and storytelling abilities
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC, and relevant AI enhanced tools
  • Ability to balance creativity with performance and brand consistency
  • Deep knowledge of branding, typography, layout, motion and visual systems
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and feedback integration
  • Native German and fluent English
  • Proven experience in brand design roles, ideally in digital-first environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution
  • Comfortable presenting and defending design rationale to diverse audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Communication, or related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • Continuous learning mindset and openness to feedback
  • Experience with performance marketing or product branding
  • Understanding of brand measurement and creative testing (e.g., A/B testing)
  • Experience mentoring juniors or collaborating with external creatives
