Business Development Representative

Join our centralized sales team as an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) in the US. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients in North America, initiating the sales cycle, understanding client needs, delivering results, managing the pipeline, and collaborating cross-functionally. • Initiate the sales cycle by reaching out to prospective clients via phone, email, and social platforms, guiding them from initial contact through basic discovery.
• Conduct consultative sales calls to assess customer requirements and provide tailored accommodation recommendations across global markets.
• Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas and KPIs while ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to manage conversations and leads across the North American market
• Comfortable working with sales tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
• 1–3 years of experience in a sales or SDR/BDR type role, preferably having familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Outreach
• Fluent, native-level English communication skills (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus
