Software Architect & Team Lead

Join our team as a Software Architect & Team Lead, where you will set the technical direction, lead through influence, and drive architecture decisions across the entire company. You will work closely with senior engineers and engineering leaders, shaping how we design, build, and evolve our platform. This role requires a deep understanding of architecture design, cloud-native development, and modern programming languages. You will guide and mentor over 50 engineers, support senior developers in making architectural trade-offs, and ensure the successful execution of large, cross-team technical initiatives.

• Guiar y mentorizar a más de 50 ingenieros en múltiples equipos, apoyando a los desarrolladores senior y líderes técnicos en la toma de decisiones arquitectónicas.
• Participar activamente en la ejecución de iniciativas técnicas importantes, mejorando la escalabilidad, estabilidad y mantenibilidad de la plataforma.

• DevOps experience: CI / CD, automated pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, Containerization, Kubernetes
• Ability to drive change and influence without authority
• Proven architecture design & documentation experience
• Deep experience with REST APIs and documentation of REST endpoints
• Proven track record of re-architecting existing systems in a successful way
• Proven experience developing complex software solutions and delivering high-quality software systems, preferably SaaS services
• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Experience with Cloud Native development and microservices architectures
• Excellent knowledge of modern programming languages like C#, Python, Java
• Excellent presentation and data visualization skills. You’re comfortable reporting and presenting to senior leadership as well as to development teams
• Have a deep understanding of the dynamics of cross-functional teams and the “You build it, you run it” paradigm
• Stand out as a trusted and respected mentor in your team. When your colleagues are wrestling with a difficult architecture issue, they come to you
• Experience with AI-enabled development
• Very good knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure & GCP
• Have xcellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Your approach is pragmatic, to the point. Your experience has made you skeptical of over-architecting
• Experience with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework is a plus
