Shift Manager - Players Club

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Players Club Shift Manager. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the Players Club department, including promotions, direct mail, bus tours, and events/box office. You will be responsible for hiring and training staff, maintaining an accurate database of Players Club accounts, creating and maintaining departmental policies and procedures, and overseeing all box office operations. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory/management experience, strong public speaking and interpersonal skills, and superior customer service skills.

• Hiring, training, and developing staff of Players Club representatives, Supervisors, and Shift Manager.
• Maintaining an accurate database of Players Club accounts and researching and resolving guest issues related to their accounts.
• Creating and maintaining all departmental Policies & Procedures, and overseeing all Box Office operations including staffing and troubleshooting issues related to ticket sales.
