Privacy Analyst

Join Bally, a leading global lifestyle brand, as a Privacy Analyst. In this role, you will support the implementation of the North America privacy program, act as a privacy point of contact for business teams, and provide day-to-day privacy guidance. You will also support privacy compliance efforts across US state and Canadian data protection laws, perform operational activities to manage an effective privacy program, and liaise with the Global Privacy Office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of data protection laws, and a passion for privacy.

• Support the implementation of the North America privacy program and act as a privacy point of contact for business teams.
• Provide day-to-day privacy guidance to the North America business teams, balancing data privacy compliance and business operational needs.
• Review and revise data protection agreements, support the completion of data protection impact assessments, and liaise with the Global Privacy Office.
