Hotel - Houseman

Join Bally's Lincoln Casino Resort as a Houseman. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, re-stocking, and maintaining hotel guestrooms and suites to ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction. You will enhance the guest experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a high energy level, good judgment, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The target hourly range for this position is $21.60 per hour.

• Enhances the guest experience by providing exceptional service, establishing eye contact, and greeting guests.
• Cleans, re-stocks, and maintains hotel guestrooms and suites, including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting.
• Restocks housekeeping cart at least three times daily, delivers requests from guests in a timely manner, and communicates any damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
