Cook III - Sportsbook and Bar

• Guides and leads other cooks and kitchen employees, and works independently when Culinary Management is not present.
• Staffs, schedules, evaluates, trains, develops, and monitors the culinary team.
• Reads menu to estimate food requirements, orders food from suppliers, and ensures proper food storage and rotation.
