Assistant Shift Manager - Cage

Join Bally's, a leading gaming and entertainment company, as an Assistant Shift Manager in the Cage department. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling, coaching, and evaluating staff, ensuring proper accountability of funds, completing required paperwork, and promoting outstanding guest service. You will also ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations, and represent Hard Rock Biloxi in a positive manner. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required, along with basic computer and mathematical skills.

• Plan and oversee the scheduling, coaching, and evaluation of staff in Main Player Services, Banks, and applicable Booths to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure proper accountability of funds during the shift, complete required accountability and compliance paperwork, and coordinate with other departments for timely service.
• Promote outstanding guest service, uphold the company's mission statement, and ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations.
