Engineering Manager

• Revamping the existing software experience and building future software using modern technologies.
• Building features that support customer compliance with emerging regulatory mandates and optimizing patient compliance.
• Managing and mentoring a team of engineers, facilitating their professional development, and actively contributing to coding.

• We are searching for an Engineering Manager that has experience leading teams working with large production applications
• Comfortable working in a startup environment where you must create clarity out of ambiguity
• 1+ years of experience managing engineers
• Comfortable using AI throughout the software development lifecycle
• 8+ years of professional software experience and 3+ years of Ruby-on-Rails experience
• Experience within the healthcare software industry
• Experience with React, Typescript, GraphQL
• Experience working on large-scale data-driven products or features - leveraging aggregation, data cleaning, data transformation, data attribution, etc
• Experience integrating with EHRs, HL7, FHIR, and/or SmartOnFHIR
• Experience with medical coding standards - CPT, ICD-10, SNOMED
