Talent Acquisition Lead

Join bsport, a fast-growing company in the wellness industry, as a Talent Acquisition Lead. In this hands-on management role, you will lead a team of three recruiters, improve sourcing and assessment processes, and partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to solve hiring challenges. You will also personally lead critical management and leadership searches when needed. • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three recruiters, setting clear KPIs and holding the team accountable for hiring outcomes.
• Translate agreed hiring plans into clear recruitment activity and sourcing strategies, and provide leadership visibility on hiring performance.
• Build structured role intakes, clear hiring bars, scorecards, and consistent assessment processes to improve hiring quality.
