Join Betclic, a leading European sports betting company, as an IT Intern. This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced field of information technology, working closely with experienced IT professionals on real-world projects. Responsibilities include providing first-level support to end-users, assisting in the installation and maintenance of IT systems, and contributing to the documentation of system configurations. Ideal candidates should have familiarity with various operating systems, basic knowledge of networking, and excellent communication skills. This is an unpaid internship based in Sliema, Malta.

• Provide first-level support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and equipment.
• Contribute to the documentation of system configurations and procedures, and assist in implementing and managing security protocols.
