About The Role

Join our team as an AI Product Specialist, an entry-level position focused on driving adoption and understanding of AI across the company. You'll lead the rollout of new AI tools and workflows, design and deliver tailored training sessions, and act as the go-to resource for teams adopting new AI capabilities. You'll also monitor adoption, build documentation and best practices, and support product and engineering teams in identifying AI opportunities. This role requires strong writing skills, empathy for how people work, comfort with ambiguity, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Lead the rollout of new AI tools and workflows to teams across the company, ensuring effective adoption and integration.
  • Design and deliver training sessions tailored to every function, from engineers to sales to finance to operations, to enhance understanding and usage of AI.
  • Monitor adoption across the organization and report on what's landing, what's stalling, and why, providing hands-on support and troubleshooting.
  • Strong writing skills for documentation and training materials
  • 0-2 years of professional experience (internships, campus leadership, personal projects, and coursework all count)
  • Empathy for how people actually work day to day, and patience for helping them change habits
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a self-starter mentality, able to figure things out without heavy direction
  • Has built something real with AI tools, ideally a web app, dashboard, or working prototype, whether through coursework, a personal project, or a hackathon
  • Comfort working with data and numbers: pulling data together, manipulating it, drawing conclusions from it
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with genuine comfort presenting to and training people at every level, from individual contributors to executives
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; Business, Communications, Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields are all relevant
  • Python or other coding experience is a plus but not required
  • A track record of organizing people or projects: leading a group, running an event, managing a team effort, teaching or tutoring others
