Swedish Business Development Representative (Sweden Market)

Based in Dublin, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and transforming businesses through AI, Data, and CRM. Your responsibilities will include pipeline generation, strategic outreach, sales partnership, and market intelligence. You will work closely with Account Executives to develop territory strategies and conduct deep account research. Fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory, and you must have the right to work in Ireland.

• Pipeline Generation: Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.
• Strategic Outreach: Engaging decision-makers via cold calling, email, and social selling (LinkedIn).
• Sales Partnership: Working side-by-side with Account Executives to develop territory strategies.

• Language: Full professional fluency in Swedish and English is mandatory
• Foundation: Experience in business development, sales, or a client-facing role (Internships and leadership roles count!)
• Drive: A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Demonstrated success of quota carrying, direct sales experience
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Communication: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to explain complex value simply
• Eligibility: Must have the right to work in Ireland

• Track record of consistently achieving or surpassing quotas
