People Lead

Join Blue Light Card, a leading discounts marketplace for the blue light community. As the People Lead for Australia, you'll be responsible for shaping the people agenda, adapting global frameworks for the local context, and driving performance culture. You'll work closely with the local leadership team and report to the Chief People Officer in the UK. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

• Own the Australian people plan, partnering with the local leadership team to ensure it directly supports BLC Australia's growth objectives and operating context.
• Lead all employee relations matters end-to-end, handling cases fairly and promptly in line with Australian employment law, including the Fair Work Act and relevant state obligations.
• Partner with the leadership team and Talent Acquisition to plan and sequence hiring as the business scales, overseeing onboarding for all new hires in Australia.
