Finance/Accounting Working Student

Join Parloa, a hyper-growth AI company, as a Working Student in Finance. You will support the Finance team in maintaining accurate and compliant accounting operations, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real finance experience in a fast-paced tech environment. Responsibilities include processing vendor invoices, issuing customer invoices, supporting reconciliations and month-end close activities, and acting as a point of contact for finance-related questions. Candidates should be currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program, be curious and eager to learn, and be fluent in German and English.

• Support the Finance team in maintaining accurate and compliant accounting operations, with a focus on Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Process and review vendor invoices, ensure correct approvals and postings, and make sure transactions sync accurately into the ERP system.
• Issue customer invoices, monitor outstanding balances, and support collections efforts to reduce overdue receivables.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Curious and hands-on, eager to learn how accounting works in a fast-growing tech company
• Careful and reliable, and comfortable working with numbers and systems
• Fluent in German and English
