Marketing Operations Coordinator

Join Outpost24, a growing B2B SaaS cybersecurity company, as a Marketing Operations Coordinator. In this full-time position, you will take ownership of our marketing tech stack operations, manage integrations with various tools, maintain CRM data quality, and support the marketing team with email campaigns and list segmentation. You will also collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and marketing performance. The ideal candidate will have 1-3+ years of experience in marketing operations, strong knowledge of email automation and list segmentation, and hands-on experience with HubSpot.

• Collaborer avec les équipes interfonctionnelles pour améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle et la performance marketing.
• Proficient in building dashboards, analyzing data, and generating actionable insights
• Proficient in managing Salesforce integrations and other key marketing/sales tools (e.g., enrichment, ABM platforms, Revenue Hero, Outreach)
• Strong knowledge of email automation, list segmentation, and workflow development
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach
• Based in Barcelona, as we follow a hybrid work schedule
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Familiarity with GDPR compliance as it relates to CRM data management and marketing practices
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub, Data Hub) as a super admin
• 1–3+ years of experience in marketing operations, ideally in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment
