Customer Success Working Student

As a Customer Success Working Student, you will support our Customer Success team in fulfilling contractual reporting requirements and providing essential governance support. • Fulfilling contractual reporting requirements for significant customers and providing governance support.
• Acquiring job skills and learning company policies to complete routine tasks related to customer reporting and governance.
• Assisting the Customer Success team in different customer-related activities and supporting internal workflows.
• The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, willingness to learn and takes initiative in tasks
• Actively enrolled in a Bachelor/Master degree program
• Experience with Google Docs, MS Office products, or similar applications
• Foundational problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze simple problems, follow instructions, and seek guidance from more experienced colleagues
• A reliable, team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• The ability to receive detailed instructions and work effectively under direct supervision
• Professional working proficiency in English, the language of the company
• Basic knowledge or an interest in the remote sensing and/or GIS industry
• Data analysis experience or a foundational ability to translate customer data into actionable insights
• Experience in written communication with customers or generating usage reports
• French or German language proficiency
