Care Team Lead - Fixed Term Contract

As a Care Team Lead, you will oversee daily operations, monitor performance metrics, ensure quality support, coach and develop team members, handle escalations, collaborate with other teams, report to leadership, and maintain standard operating procedures. This is a fixed-term contract position based in Bangalore, India.

• Oversee and manage the daily workload of Care agents, prioritizing tickets based on criticality and business impact.
• Track key metrics (next reply time, time to close, client satisfaction rating) and take corrective action to consistently meet targets.
• Guide, mentor, and motivate Care agents on a daily basis; run team rituals (weekly meetings, 1:1s, feedback sessions).
