Senior Product Manager (Reverse ETL)

Join Fivetran, a leading data integration platform, as a Senior Product Manager for the Census team. In this role, you will work closely with the founders, design, and engineering teams to expand Fivetran's ambition and redefine how modern businesses operate with data. You will lead a cross-functional team, communicate product direction internally and externally, and set the product strategy for Census and Fivetran. Ideal candidates have experience in product management related to data and/or data infrastructure, strong communication skills, and a passion for solving technical problems with elegant product solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Census's reverse ETL and Composable CDP product capabilities into Fivetran’s data platform.
• Lead the product development process by distilling customer feedback into actionable product direction and ensuring successful product delivery.
• Work closely with leadership to set the product strategy for Census and Fivetran, and communicate product direction internally and externally.

• Proven ability to work directly with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize and execute on bold product vision
• Product management experience related to data and/or data infrastructure, and a demonstrated understanding of data/operations personas
• Love talking to technical customers to understand their pain and make the product better
• Experience delivering highly successful and innovative software products
• Experience with managing a multifaceted product roadmap to build cohesive ecosystems, platforms and tools
• Strong written and verbal communication ability to influence and drive strategy
• Hands on experience working with martech products or devops tools
• Experienced in building products that include data modeling, Generative AI, and machine learning
