Organic Growth Lead (SEO & GEO)

Join our team as an Organic Growth Lead, where you will drive our acquisition strategy across traditional search engines and emerging AI/LLM platforms. You will shape the vision, strategy, and operating model for driving measurable growth in organic visibility, discoverability, and pipeline through content creation. You will collaborate closely with various teams, establish long-term strategies, and execute a comprehensive off-page strategy. Additionally, you will evaluate emerging trends in search, AI, content consumption, and digital discovery, and track and report on organic performance.

• Establish and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy, focusing on both traditional search engines and emerging AI/LLM platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content gaps, prioritize high-impact content opportunities, and ensure effective execution of content-led AEO/SEO strategies.
• Track and report on organic performance, translating traffic, visibility, and pipeline data into a clear narrative for leadership.

• Hands-on experience managing an agency relationship
• Analytical mindset and comfortable pulling reports, diagnosing performance shifts, and quantifying opportunities
• A proven track record of growing qualified organic traffic and visibility through content strategy and creation
• Hands-on experience using AEO/SEO tools such as Conductor and Profound to drive strategy
• Strong technical AEO/SEO fundamentals: site architecture, crawlability and indexation (including access for AI crawlers), structured data and schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and content formatting
• Experience creating technical content across multiple platforms and channels (YouTube, social, review sites, etc)
• A demonstrated point of view on modern organic growth, with a proven ability to anticipate and capitalize on shifts in search, AI/LLM, and digital discovery
