Technical Recruiter (FTC contract)

Join Wise, a global technology company on a mission to make money movement easier and more affordable for everyone. As a Technical Recruiter, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, source top engineering talent, and collaborate with various teams to optimize hiring strategies.

• Gestionar el proceso de reclutamiento de principio a fin, desde la búsqueda hasta el cierre, asegurando una experiencia fluida para los candidatos y los gerentes de contratación.
• Colaborar con los equipos de contratación para comprender sus necesidades, definir estrategias de contratación y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
• Buscar y atraer talento de ingeniería de alto nivel, utilizando enfoques creativos más allá de las bolsas de trabajo tradicionales.

What We’re Looking For

• 2 years of in-house recruiting experience, ideally in tech or product roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract top talent, using innovative and data-driven approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and teams.
