Spend Operations Quality Control Specialist

About The Role

As a Quality Control Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and compliance of our card ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include conducting quality reviews, embracing AI-driven automation tools, providing feedback to specialists, tracking performance metrics, and identifying emerging risks. You should have previous experience in quality assurance or a similar operational role, be comfortable using AI tools, and have strong organizational and communication skills.
- Perform regular quality reviews across workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
- Utilize AI tools and automated testing scripts to analyze data and pull insights for process improvement.
- Provide constructive feedback to specialists and collaborate with Training and Process Excellence teams to design remediation strategies.

**About you:**
- You're based in Tallinn and have the right to work here (we cannot support visas or relocation for this role).
- You have previous experience working within a Quality Assurance/Quality Control team, or have spent at least 3 years in an operational specialist role with a heavy focus on quality testing and compliance.
- You're Comfortable utilizing AI tools, automated testing scripts, and dashboards to analyze data and pull insights.
- You've strong organizational and project management coordination skills to help drive process improvement initiatives and remediation strategies across teams.
- You're an excellent communicator, able to collaborate seamlessly with various stakeholders and build strong relationships between Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Process Excellence.
