Senior Product Analyst - Customer Reporting

About The Role
Join Wise, a global technology company on a mission to make money management easier and more affordable for everyone. As a Senior Product Analyst in the Customer Reporting team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers understand their financial performance and meet their tax obligations. You will work closely with various teams, including product, engineering, tax/regulatory, risk, compliance, and operations, to turn complex reporting data into clear customer outcomes and measurable product work.
- Definir el marco de medición para los informes de clientes, incluyendo declaraciones, informes fiscales, tenencias, rendimiento, tarifas e informes regulatorios.
- Apoyar la priorización, los requisitos de datos, las verificaciones de calidad y la medición del impacto en el cliente para llevar la presentación de informes fiscales globales internamente.
- Establecer estándares para medir la calidad de las declaraciones, la integridad de los informes, la fricción del cliente, la fiabilidad operativa y los defectos.
- You're placed in Tallinn, Estonia; or have willingness to move here (we'll not be able to support with relocation costs, but can support with right to work documentation).
- You've **strong SQL skills** and can reason clearly about data grain, joins, windows, aggregation, and data modeling.
- You can turn **ambiguous product questions into structured analysis** and practical recommendations.
- You've good product intuition and care about customer outcomes, not only metrics and dashboards.
- You've **strong stakeholder management skills** and are able to communicate clearly with product, engineering, risk, compliance, tax/regulatory, and operations partners.
- You notice data quality, completeness, and reliability issues, and you know when they matter for a customer-facing product.
- You're curious about regulated fintech domains such as statements, tax reporting, holdings, performance, fees, and customer trust.
**It would be great if you had these skills (nice-to-haves):**
- Experience in fintech, payments, investments, savings, regulated products, tax reporting, customer-facing reporting,
- Dbt, Airflow, Snowflake, Python
- Monitoring and controls for customer-facing data products.
