General Accounting Project Manager

As a General Accounting Project Manager, you will lead projects to improve accounting processes and collaborate with various teams to establish effective accounting controls. Ideal candidates have experience in managing accounting projects, strong communication skills, and a background in accounting or finance.

• Manage and coordinate projects aimed at improving accounting processes, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to understand transaction flows and establish appropriate accounting processes and controls.
• Assume responsibility for complex new areas, solve problems with minimal guidance, and take ownership of accounting projects.

**About you**

• Collaboration - You have practical experience in managing accounting projects and demonstrated resilience to break through and overcome challenges. You may have built things from scratch.
• Ownership - You work independently, assume responsibility and make your own judgements. You are prepared to take ownership over complex new areas and solve problems with minimal guidance.
• Practice - You have prior experience as Senior Accountant, Financial Controller or Audit Manager.
• Love getting things done - You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and take responsibility to do whatever needs doing to solve problems.
• Influence - You work well in an international team environment and know how to have an impact through others. You have partnered with internal and external stakeholders and have strong communication skills.

**Nice to have**

• Theory - Strong understanding of the core accounting principles (IFRS and/or US Gaap knowledge would be highly beneficial).
• Industry Exposure - Prior experience in international/listed companies or FinTech is highly beneficial.

## Additional Information

**Salary range: 3,500 - 4,500 EUR per month (+RSUs)**
