Events Specialist

As an Events Specialist, you will support the planning and execution of various internal events, manage logistics, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to own and run different event parts, manage event budgets, and grow your skills with data. - Support Events Lead while planning and executing internal company events, following detailed project plans and ensuring smooth execution. - Help mitigate risks across various events and locations, partnering with cross-functional teams to identify resolutions to risks and issues. - Support running logistical aspects of events, including live conferences, webinars, and video conferences, and oversee travel and accommodation guidance. - **Events Experience:** You bring 3–5 years of end to end events experience specifically in Budapest. - **Collaborative & Globally Aware:** Skilled at building strong relationships across geographies, influencing without hierarchy, and balancing local needs with global impact. - **Managing Events of Different Scale:** You have managed end to end events for less than 100 attendees through to over 1000 attendees ## Additional Information **For a feel for who we are by taking a look at:** **[What we offer](https://wise.jobs/what-we-offer)** **[Our values](https://wise.jobs/our-values)** **[The people team](https://wise.jobs/people)** **[Our blogs](https://wise.jobs/posts)** **[Our Instagram page](https://www.instagram.com/wiseaccount/)** For everyone, everywhere.
