Join akirolabs, a leading SaaS solution for category management and procurement, as a Marketing & Growth Intern. You will take ownership of content and core marketing initiatives, driving visibility, engagement, and conversion across the buyer journey.   • Take ownership of content and core marketing initiatives that directly fuel the sales pipeline, amplify thought leadership, and build authority across the procurement ecosystem.
  • Execute akirolabs’ content strategy across marketing, sales, and product goals, including creating and managing content such as blogs, case studies, customer stories, newsletters, and LinkedIn posts.
  • Develop and execute on-page SEO and AEO strategies to increase akirolabs’ visibility across platforms, and monitor website performance and report on traffic and conversions.
  • Comfort with AI tools and willingness to experiment
  • Scrappy problem-solver who figures things out independently rather than waiting for detailed instructions
  • The ability to thrive in ambiguity and work autonomously as a high level contributor
  • You are motivated to build something from the ground up for a minimum of 5 months
  • You bring creativity to both your strategic thinking and execution, developing innovative ideas that drive real business impact
  • Team-First mentality: flexibility to lead, or support, as no job is too small or too big
  • You learn quickly. You enjoy picking up new technologies, adapting to new contexts, and solving unfamiliar problems
  • Preferably experienced with building content-driven inbound lead funnels — including creating case studies, white papers, editorials, one-pagers, SEO-optimized articles, and web pages
  • Initial experience in managing marketing channels such as SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid advertising
  • You are currently pursuing or have already obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, or a comparable subject at a university or business school
  • You have a genuine interest for marketing and content-driven work, with the ability to quickly grasp new topics and turn complex ideas into clear, engaging, and accessible narratives
  • You have initial professional experience in a challenging, dynamic work environment (e.g., consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, etc.)
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written and interpersonal skills in English; German is a big plus
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, CMS and analytics tools such as ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Webflow and Google Search Console
  • A constant user and explorer of AI tools - you should already be using Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity, image/video generation tools daily
  • Skilled in using visual design tools like Canva; proficiency in Photoshop is a plus
