Founders’ Associate Intern

Join our team as a Founders' Associate Intern, where you will support our Co-founders in various leadership responsibilities, own strategically significant projects, streamline and professionalize major parts of our business, and assist with financial and performance reporting. • Support Co-founders in leadership responsibilities across various business areas.
• Own and execute strategically significant projects, driving continuous improvement.
• Act as a special agent and trouble shooter, addressing urgent requirements and mitigating risk.
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment
• Proficient skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
• First previous working experience
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (strong bonus)
• Currently enrolled in a German university at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable curriculum
• Strong interpersonal skills
