Talent Attraction Specialists

Join MSXI Hungary, a growing international company in the automotive industry. As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a key role in the end-to-end Talent Acquisition Process, partnering with hiring managers and improving the candidate experience. You should have excellent communication skills in English and an additional language, at least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, and a process-driven mindset.

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists to identify position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Identify the most appropriate sourcing strategy to meet the requirements, including posting, active searching, and talent pipeline.
• Perform screening and first contact with candidates, helping them along the selection process and identifying opportunities to improve the candidate experience.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• **Required Skills**

• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal) and an additional language knowledge is a strong advantage; preferably French, Spanish, German, Swedish, Italian, Dutch.
• At least 1-2 years' experience in Recruitment preferably in an international company and/or shared services HR function.
• Experience in ATS systems. (SmartRecruiters, Success Factors would be advantageous)
• Results oriented: ability to recognize what results are important and what steps need to be taken to achieve them.
• Process driven mindset: you believe in guidelines and efficiency, follow the process and suggest ideas for continuously improving.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and successfully manage multiple priorities and volumes.
