About The Role
Join MSX International, a leading partner in the automotive industry, as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, you will lead and deliver key Automotive Trade Parts programs, maintain top-tier client relationships, and manage a team. You will be responsible for achieving project objectives, performance analysis, reporting, and improvement. Additionally, you will act as the primary client interface, develop business plans, and support strategic planning. This position requires a Chinese national, based in Beijing or willing to relocate, with business proficiency in English and experience in trade parts and project management.
- Lead the achievement of project KPIs, responsible for performance analysis, reporting, and improvement.
- Act as the primary client interface to maintain high satisfaction levels. Develop business plans, build business cases, and support strategic planning.
- Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a team of approximately 10 members, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring the quality of team training.

- Business proficiency in English – High
- Open to travel – moderate
- Trade Parts Experience (3-5 years)
- Project Management Experience (5 years)
- Experience building business cases to demonstrate ROI
- Stakeholder Management and Client Relations – High at client level
