Financial Accountant

In this role, you will be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounting, and reporting. • Processing and reviewing incoming supplier invoices, ensuring correct encryption and approval of all invoices in accordance with company policies.
• Recording and monitoring of incoming payments, reconciling receivables, and resolving discrepancies.
• Conducting regular bank reconciliations, accurate recording and updating of bank transactions in the system, and timely preparation and processing of payments.

• Finance/accounting diploma
• Minimum 3 years of experience in finance/accounting/reporting in an international company (preferably in a medium-sized company)
• Experience with payroll accounting and taxation
• Strong English skills (written and spoken), Czech or Polish language is an advantage
• Chartered accountancy registration
• Reliability in meeting deadlines
• Team-oriented problem-solving skills, good communication skills
• Expert MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Experience with ERP programs (etc.: JD Edwards), accounts payable and receivable, and the preparation of financial reports
• Experience in international accounting (IFRS)
