About The Role
Join MSX International, a leading partner to vehicle manufacturers and mobility organizations globally. As an Automotive Technical Support Coordinator, you will ensure the delivery of agreed services, optimize team capacity allocation, and maintain a high level of service aligned with customer expectations. You will manage your specific scope of responsibility, monitor individual performance, and develop strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the specific scope of responsibility, ensuring the teams provide the expected Technical Support service in line with the expected SLA.
- Monitor and steer the performance of the Technical Support operations, including quality checks, individual coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Organize and deliver Lean workshops to address targeted operational challenges, and represent the Technical Support Team in various meetings.
- 5-10 years of Network Support hub experience
- Technical college level or acquired by experience
- Automotive certification
- Strong knowledge on vehicle mechanical, electrical, computer system.
- Knowledge of diagnostic and repair tools and Dealer information software, parts systems
- Analytic skills
- Data based decision
- **Fluency in English, proficiency in French or a Nordic language is a plus**
