Customer Analytics Internship

Join Bynder, a leading global SaaS company, as a Customer Analytics Intern. In this role, you will work closely with the Customer Insights Lead to analyze commercial and platform usage data, supporting strategic decision-making across the business. You will validate and structure data, conduct ad hoc analyses, maintain dashboards, and support the preparation of the Quarterly Insights Review. This is a full-time, 6-month internship starting in October 2026, and you must be enrolled in a Dutch university and based in The Netherlands.

• Valider, nettoyer et structurer les données provenant de Salesforce, de la plateforme Bynder et d'autres sources internes et externes pour garantir leur précision et leur cohérence.
• Soutenir le responsable dans les analyses ad hoc demandées par les équipes de vente, de réussite client et d'autres équipes, en faisant ressortir les tendances clients, d'utilisation et commerciales.
• Maintenir et améliorer un ensemble de tableaux de bord essentiels qui donnent aux parties prenantes clés un accès fiable et à la demande aux informations dont elles ont besoin.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Proactive, curious, and eager to ask questions and share ideas
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain data in a clear way
• Availability for a 6-month, full-time internship starting October 2026
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to support teammates
• Strong Excel skills and comfortable working with data
• Enthusiastic about learning how Revenue Operations drives growth in a global SaaS company
• You need to be enrolled in a Dutch university throughout the whole duration of the internship
• Basic knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, ThoughtSpot, or similar) is a plus
• You need to be based in The Netherlands already
