As the Manager of Product Management for the Thought Leadership Program, you will shape the evolution and growth of Mastercard's thought leadership offerings across North America, design and enhance executive learning experiences, and build and manage relationships with universities, consultants, industry experts, and innovation partners.   • Experience supporting business growth initiatives and product performance objectives
  • Strong research and analytical capabilities with the ability to translate insights into scalable offerings
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, innovation trends, and their application within banking, payments, fintech, or technology sectors
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with senior executives, partners, and external stakeholders
  • Experience in Product Management, including product strategy and lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Experience in thought leadership, executive education, innovation programs, event management, consulting, or customer engagement preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
