Senior PLM Specialist

Join Mytra's Operations team as a Senior PLM Specialist. In this hands-on role, you will support the execution of engineering changes across multiple programs and products, manage and maintain product configuration data, and collaborate closely with various teams to ensure smooth implementation. You will also lead data cleanup and validation efforts, coordinate change control activities, and assist in documenting and updating internal procedures. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in change control, configuration management, or product data management, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

• This is a hands-on role suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic, technical environment and enjoys working within structured processes to ensure data integrity and configuration control
• Effective communicator who can coordinate across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams
• Familiarity with hardware and software development lifecycles, including rapid prototyping and agile product development
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in change control, configuration management, document control, or product data management, ideally within a hardware, robotics, or manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to balance accuracy with efficiency in day-to-day execution
• Experience using PLM / MRP / ERP systems (e.g., Duro, Arena, ION, NetSuite, Odoo, Acumatica) for part and BOM management

• Familiarity with Jira, Linear, Git, Google Suite, or software version control concepts
• Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or other quality/regulatory standards
• Experience with both hardware and embedded software change control processes. (Duro, Arena, Solidworks, Allspice)
• Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile/SAFe certification a plus
• Exposure to early-stage manufacturing scale-up and supply chain transitions
