Sales Development Representative

Join Guesty, a leading property management platform, as a Sales Development Representative. In this entry-level role, you will expand Guesty's client base across European and international markets, engage with prospective customers, and build relationships with key decision makers. You will conduct lead generation activities, communicate Guesty's value proposition, and achieve sales quotas. Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required, with additional European languages considered a major advantage.

• Build relationships with key decision makers, understand operational pain points, and identify how Guesty can deliver business value.
• Conduct inbound and outbound lead generation activities while following established sales processes and best practices.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools is a plus, especially Salesforce and SalesLoft
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth sales environment
• German and additional European languages are considered a major advantage
• Fluency in English, French, and Spanish is required. Italian and Portuguese are a plus, and any additional language is also welcome
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with prospects across different cultures and regions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple languages
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Entry-level role. Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer-facing environments is a plus, but not required
