Product Design (Tools)

• Lead the design process for fleet management, mission control systems, OTA update flows, and vehicle management software.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create and validate design solutions across tools and vehicle interfaces.
• Take on significant ownership and autonomy in the design direction of the project, moving fluidly between defense and commercial/trucking use cases.

• 5-7 years of experience in product, tools, or interaction design, spanning enterprise, commercial, or consumer-facing products
• Strong visual and interaction design skills
• An entrepreneurial mindset — comfort taking ownership of ambiguous problems with minimal oversight
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Background in game design or interactive/real-time systems
• Experience at defense, space, or robotics companies
• Experience at AI/agentic companies
• Experience building 0-to-1 tools or internal software platforms
