Partner agency | Freelance Sales Agent (IT/ES) – Remote/ Buenos Aires

Join our partner agency as a Freelance Sales Agent, working remotely from Buenos Aires. You'll be the first point of contact for Italian and Spanish-speaking travelers, crafting personalized travel proposals and managing the practical aspects of their trips. You'll also ensure customer satisfaction throughout the journey and promote responsible and sustainable travel. This part-time freelance position offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to make a real impact on how people discover Argentina.

• Advising customers and tailoring trips by understanding their expectations and crafting personalized travel proposals.
• Managing the practical aspects of the trip, including billing, logistics, and dossier management.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the trip by acting as the main point of contact and addressing any questions or issues.

**Core skills & experience**

• **2 to 4 years of experience i**n tourism, sales, or a related field
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to connect with clients
• **Solid knowledge of Argentina as a travel destination**
• High level of **organization and attention to detail** — you manage multiple dossiers without losing track
• Customer-satisfaction oriented: you go the extra mile to make travelers feel well taken care of
• A creative problem-solver who adapts easily to changing needs or unexpected situations

**Bonus skills**

• Experience working with OTAs, DMCs, or travel platforms
• Familiarity with sustainable or responsible tourism practices

**Languages required**

• 🇮🇹 Italian – C1/B2
• 🇪🇸 Spanish – C1/B2
• 🇬🇧 English – B2

• **Fluency in Italian and Spanish is mandatory; English is a strong plus**
