AI Engineer (Agentic Customer Flow)

Join ERGO NEXT as an AI Engineer, where you'll design, build, and scale AI-driven capabilities. This role focuses on backend and GenAI work, integrating ML and LLM models into production systems, and building reliable AI systems. You'll collaborate with product and cross-functional teams, contribute to system design and architecture reviews, and support innovation and continuous improvement.

• Design, implement, and optimize backend services that support AI workflows, focusing on performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Integrate machine learning (ML) and large language models (LLM) into production systems, ensuring robust AI systems and writing production code.
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to refine requirements and translate them into clear technical plans, contributing to system design and architecture reviews.

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience in Python, Go, Java or similar
• 4+ years of hands on experience integrating ML or LLM models into production
• Familiarity with evaluating model performance using metrics
• Ability to operate effectively under ambiguity and navigate dynamic environments
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, microservices and observability
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Proven experience building high performance or distributed systems
