• Lead salary benchmarking, shape job structures, and manage pay programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR partners and leadership on compensation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and perform ongoing internal pay equity reviews.

• HRIS & Systems: Skilled in pulling data and running reports in major HRIS platforms and compensation software
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Math, Statistics, or a related field
• Analytics & Competencies: Use of HR metrics to guide rewards strategy alongside strong consulting, project management, and communication skills
• Market Pricing: Hands-on experience with standard market-pricing tools
• Experience: 5+ years in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics, with proven experience building enterprise Job Architecture frameworks
• Rewards Strategy: Comprehensive understanding of Total Rewards, compensation philosophy, and competitive incentive design
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
• SHRM-CP or PHR
