Account Director (Agency Development)

Join Magnite, a leading ad tech company, as an Account Director in the Agency Development team. In this role, you will structure and negotiate high-profile private market deals, pitch the value of Magnite's supply and products, and establish strong relationships with digital advertising agency buyers. You will actively track sales pipeline, create customized media plans, and drive formal RFP responses. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with digital advertising agency buyers, focusing on major holding companies.
• Structure, negotiate, and close high-profile private market deals across programmatic, digital, and linear TV teams.
• Generate and maintain a robust pipeline of agency-based advertiser opportunities, meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

• High level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills
• Experience in Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation
• Solid experience within the online advertising space, specifically Online Video & OTT, and programmatic selling or buying experience
• An experienced sales hunter who can leverage their existing contacts with holding companies
• 6+ years of adtech sales / consulting / Agency experience with large digital advertising agencies on the East Coast
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures
• A proven track record delivering on and exceeding revenue goals from multiple accounts
• Bachelor's Degree from four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
